Bruce W. Reyle & Company, Inc., has been providing quality real estate appraisals and consulting services in the Northern Virginia area for over thirty years. Founded in 1971 and incorporated in 1972, the firm is currently located in the City of Fairfax, performing appraisals of both commercial and residential real estate. Many staff members are members or candidates of the Appraisal Institute (AI) and have attended numerous appraisal courses and seminars.
The firm is strictly engaged in real estate appraisal and consulting work. It is not involved in brokerage, property management, or other real estate activities outside of property evaluation.
Bruce W. Reyle & Company, Inc., is capable of sending all residential and commercial form reports electronically. Residential form appraisal reports are prepared in accordance with FNMA/FHLMC guidelines and regulations, as well as the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Commercial or narrative appraisal reports are prepared in conformance with the appraisal guidelines of the Federal regulatory authorities and the USPAP as adopted by the Board of the Appraisal Foundation.
Our clientele is primarily lending institutions, mortgage brokers, corporate relocation companies, attorneys, and real estate investors.
